Your Mission:
- Develop innovative products in the field of foliar fertilizers - from the initial idea to scaling up to production scale.
- Work actively on the optimization and transfer of processes for series production.
- Document your successes and share your knowledge with our sales department and our customers through training.
What you bring with you:
- A degree (M. Sc.) in chemistry, agricultural sciences, biology or a related field.
- Knowledge of (in)organic chemistry and analytics - practical experience is a plus, but motivated young professionals are also welcome.
- Ideally knowledge of suspension production, quality assurance and the EU Fertilizer Products Regulation (2019/1009).
- Strong communication skills in German and English and proficient in MS Office.
