Technical Project Manager (m/w/d)

Whether it’s energy management, automation, waste management concepts, or technical safety projects – at AGLUKON you have the opportunity to make a real impact. As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you will independently manage multiple technical projects in parallel – working closely with production and in direct exchange with senior management. You identify optimization potential, drive change, and ensure that ideas become reality.
What you can expect:
- Planning, managing, and implementing diverse technical projects – from energy optimization and safety solutions to automation initiatives
- Collaboration with internal departments, coordination of external service providers & communication with authorities
- Supporting the Head of Production with strategic and operational matters
- Developing technical solutions based on KPIs, process analyses, and practical experience
- Opportunity to act as Deputy Head of Production in selected areas
What you bring:
- Completed technical degree (e.g., engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or technician qualification with professional experience
- Strong technical understanding, ideally related to chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or plant operations
- Strong analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and a structured working style
- Experience with ERP systems and ideally project management tools – Excel alone is not enough when things get complex
- High level of IT affinity
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and pragmatism – you take initiative and move topics forward
- Fluent German and good English skills – additional languages are welcome
