Shift Supervisor (m/w/d)
Location: Düsseldorf | Start: Immediately
As a Shift Supervisor, you report directly to the Production Management. You will lead a shift of 10–15 employees and implement the scheduled production orders with your team.
Responsibilities
- Leading a medium-sized team
- Preparing and planning the workflow
- Executing the planned filling and packaging orders within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with quantity, time, and deadline specifications, as well as all relevant legal regulations (e.g., Packaging Ordinance, Occupational Safety Act, environmental protection regulations)
- Collaborating with external companies when required
- Instructing and, if necessary, carrying out simple repair work
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the production area
Qualifications
- Certified Industrial Foreman in Chemistry or equivalent qualification in a related field, or relevant leadership experience
- Initiative, resilience, and assertiveness
- Technical understanding of production and filling systems
